Our daily group walks usually happen between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, but we understand that your schedule may vary. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time, to help make your life easier.
Our walks are a minimum of 1 hour, excluding pick-up and drop-off time. If your dog needs more or less time outdoors, we can alter this, to best meet your dog’s needs.
We love exploring nature! Our walks take place in beautiful parks, green spaces, and woodlands. We like to keep things interesting and stimulating for your furry friend.
No. We can hold your keys securely in a safe with no indication your address. Your convenience, home security and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Rest assured, your dog's safety is paramount. In case of an emergency, we will immediately contact you to discuss the situation. Your input matters, and we'll take your dog to your chosen vet or the nearest one, if required.
Absolutely! We're fully insured and have a clean criminal record background (CRB) check. You can trust us to provide a safe and professional service.
We're here to make your life easier, so we offer flexibility. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is all we ask to avoid any charges.
Offering the best possible service matters to us. We're more than happy to accommodate morning, evening, and weekend walks, whenever possible. Just get in touch, and we'll work it out.
We keep things simple. Walks are paid for in advance, and we send invoices at the beginning of the week or month. Payments can be made in cash, by card or bank transfer, whichever suits you best.
Every dog is unique and considered individually. We're open to discussing your dog's needs and ensuring they have a great time with us.
We prioritise the comfort and safety of all dogs, so we don't walk bitches whilst they are in season.
Absolutely, yes. If your dog has good recall and is regularly walked off the lead, we can let them do so with your written consent, provided it is safe. Otherwise, we use long leads to ensure they have a fantastic time while staying safe. Your dog's happiness is our joy!
